Estimating and Tendering Services

Quants Estimating can provide quantified take offs or schedules of works for a wide range of trades, based on drawings and specification. All types of tenders can be catered for.

The type of projects we have been involved in range from £50,000 to over £5,000,000 in value and covered a number of different sectors from residential and schools, to commercial units and hospitals.

Quants can also carry the tendering function on your behalf on a project by project basis.

This includes:

• Vetting of tenderers and preparing a tender list.

• Preparation of tender documentation and issuing to all tenderers.

• Creation of tender events schedules / tender program and management of the activities on the schedule.

• Tender adjudication, comparisons, analysis and providing tender recommendations for sign off.
